RUST AND CONCRETE REMOVER FOR USE ON AND AROUND ALUMINIUM PARTS

BETONAC®-AL is designed to removeconcrete, limescale, boilerscale and rust from construction equipment, formwork parts, tools, vehicle panels and concrete moulds. It is designed to not effect aluminium and alloy parts on machinery.

DESCRIPTION
BETONAC®-AL is designed to clean machinery and in particular aluminium parts which cannot be cleaned with other caustic cleaners. BETONAC®-AL has special inhibitors that protect the aluminium parts during the prescribed application time.

APPLICATION
BETONAC®-AL should be mixed 1:5 to 1:10 with water. Parts should be dipped between 30 minutes and 4 hours, depending on the degree of contamination.
If a false floor is placed on the bottom of the dipping container, any washed contamination can easily be removed, so the BETONAC®-AL is not neutralized and can work more efficiently, and on numerous occasions.
STORAGE
Store in a cool dry place, protect from frost. Min. shelf life 30 months.
HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION
Use BETONAC®-AL in a well-ventilated area, wear suitable PPE and refer to material safety data sheet. Tin, Zinc, brass, nickel, galvanized parts and precision instruments as well as hydrocarbon hardened shovels should not be dipped. BETONAC®-AL will neutralize with use, though regard for local water authority regulations should be taken when disposing of the used product.
