BETONAC®-BL is mixed with water to form a solution, into which machinery parts are dipped to remove concrete, rust, limescale etc. BETONAC®-BL will clean such contaminations off construction equipment, formwork parts, processing tools etc…
CONCRETE AND RUST REMOVER FOR USE IN CLEANING DIPS
BETONAC®-BL is a highly active anti rust concrete remover with added ionic and non-ionic tensides, surface-active substances and inhibitors.

Dilution: 1:5 – 1:10 with water

Heavy Deposits – hit with a hammer to crack the concrete surface. This increases the economy of the product, as penetration time is reduced and cleaning is quicker.
Lighter Deposits – Mix BETONAC®-BL with 5 to 7 parts water in a GRP or wooden container. Allow the parts to be left in the solution for between 30 minutes and 4 hours, depending on the degree of contamination. Only in dreadful cases should the tools be soaked overnight.
Heating of the BETONAC®-BL makes the working time much faster, and allowing a false floor in the soaking tank will allow contaminates to be removed after they have been washed of the equipment. This helps maintain the working pH of the solution so that cleaning is more economical.
Store in a cool dry place, protect from frost.
Min. shelf life 30 months.
Use BETONAC®-BL in a well-ventilated area, wear suitable PPE and refer to material safety data sheet.
Tin, Zinc, brass, nickel, galvanized parts and precision instruments as well as hydrocarbon hardened shovels should not be dipped.
BETONAC®-BL will neutralize with use, though regard for local water authority regulations should be taken when disposing of the used product.
