LEYCO®-SOL BI

LEYCO®-SOL BI is a mixture of highly effective solvents, emulsifying agents, boundary surface-active substances and special inhibitors.

Density: 0,85 g/cm3
Appearance: colorless, clearly
Dilution: normally used as a concentrate, when more easily contaminations dilute with petroleum or diesel.
Flash point: > 60°C

Preparation
Start by removing heavy deposits from the area, by mechanical means.This accelerates the cleaning process and reduces the quantity of LEYCO®-SOL BI required.
Normal application
LEYCO®-SOL BI is applied with a hand sprayer, scrubbing brush or brushed directly on tothe areas which need cleaning. After approximately 20 minutes, wash the area down with a strong water jet, so that the dissolved dirt and LEYCO®-SOL BI is removed. If applied to a lacquered surface of a vehicle, allow less impact time.
Application in the dip
Tools, barrows, bucket, parts of road finishers etc. are put into the covered dip and cleaned after a short reaction time with water jet, high pressure cleaner, brush or brush.
Note
On concrete surfaces which are heavily contaminated, it is often better to sandblast the surface to achieve the desired effect.

Protect from frost/fire. Store in sealed containers.
Min shelf life 30 months

Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wash splashes off skin with plenty of clean water. Wear suitable PPE. Avoid smoking whilst using and naked flame.
