ZETOLAN®-W1: Product No: 02.047
Special formulated mould release agent based on synthetic metallic waxes and volatile solvents. It was formulated to produce architectural concrete and as mould release agent with a stable non slip film.
ZETOLAN®-W1 is used as mould release agent where outstanding resistance of separating film and anti-slip performance and corrosion protection of metal moulds is required.
ZETOLAN®-W1 is specially designed for use for moulds, where an outstanding separating film resistance is required as in mass concreting as in slip-forming, bridge- and hydro dam construction and where good resistance to traffic on the moulds and UV-resistance is needed.
It also has also very good performance on steel-moulds in concrete pipe- and pile production.
Very good resistant film and no risk of stain on concrete surfaces.
Can be used on all types of moulds made of steel, plywood, wood and rubber.
Soon after application ZETOLAN®-W1 forms a non-slip protective film. Can be also applied at the back of moulds, protecting moulds and mechanical parts from adhesion of overrunning concrete when pouring.
Consumption
On non-absorbent surfaces of moulds such as steel, ply wood or plastic approx. 30 g/m2 and on absorbent wooden shattering approx. 50-80 gr/m2.
Storage/Shelf life
Unlimited storage in original sealed container. Container must be carefully closed after use.
Keep in cool place and protect from direct sun.
Carefully and equally applied at the lowest rate possible, preferably by airless sprayer or any highpressure mobile sprayer. Avoid over application
