BETONAC®-ZN: Product-No. 02.062
BETONAC®-ZN is designed to remove concrete, limescale, boilerscale and rust from construction equipment, formwork parts, tools, vehicle panels and concrete moulds.
It is designed for use around zinc and galwanised parts, which can be attacked by other caustic solutions.
BETONAC®-ZN is designed to clean machinery and in particular zinc parts that cannot be cleaned with other caustic cleaners. BETONAC®-ZN has special inhibitors that protect the zinc parts during the prescribed application time.

BETONAC®-ZN should be mixed 1:5 to 1:10 with water and used for dipping parts in to.
Parts should be dipped for between 30 minutes and 4 hours, depending on the degree of contamination.
If a false floor is placed on the bottom of the dipping container, any washed contamination can easily be removed, so the BETONAC®-ZN is not neutralized and can work more efficiently, and on numerous occasions.
Use BETONAC®-ZN in a well-ventilated area, wear suitable PPE and refer to material safety data sheet.
Tin, Zinc, brass, nickel, galvanized parts and precision instruments as well as hydrocarbon hardened shovels should not be dipped.
BETONAC®-ZN will neutralize with use, though regard for local water authority regulations should be taken when disposing of the used product.
Store in a cool dry place, protect from frost.
